Please be informed that our practice operates as an out-of-network provider and we accept private pay only. This means that we do not bill insurance companies directly and cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider for our services. Payment for services is kindly requested at the time of your appointment. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. At this time we are serving ages 0-64. We are in the process of becoming in-network with Medicare (65+).
